What is Post-Construction Cleaning?

Builders Clean:
A proper builders clean is the foundation to achieve the best End Result. During this initial clean, our team of professional cleaners clear all areas of your property from all dust and left over debris. Most of the protective coverings are removed at this stage, including any glue or residue. Grout is removed from tiles, which are then cleaned and buffed. All metalwork, including exposed pipes and electrical fittings are cleaned and polished. Floors have protective coverings removed, hard floors are cleaned according to manufacturers instructions, carpets and soft floorings are vacuumed and deep cleaned. Window glazing have their protective films removed and are cleaned, buffed and chamoised. Frames, doors, skirting boards and handles all have any taping carefully removed and are cleaned and polished. Wardrobes and cupboards are swept clean & surfaces polished. Plastic surfaces are cleaned carefully without abrasives to ensure they are not scratched. All relevant surfaces are completely cleaned dust and grime free to allow the perfect application of mastic or any other adhesives. Basically, a complete top to bottom clean, both inside and outside of all surfaces is carried out to ready for all remaining snag work.
Re-Clean
Dust always lingers in the air then settles on all surfaces, which is why re-cleans are necessary. We like to time this clean as close to the mastic work as possible, to ensure that all relevant surfaces are completely dust and grime free to allow the perfect application of mastic or any other adhesives. As such we tend to concentrate around window frames, ceramics and any other surface that requires sealing. Our team is highly skilled in working quickly and effectively to guarantee your construction schedule is not delayed in the slightest.
